A 'DELIBERATE' fire happened at a derelict property.
North Wales Fire and Rescue service will called out just after 9pm on Monday, May 24 to Primrose Hill, St George.
A mattress in one of the bedrooms was damaged.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: "Crews from St Asaph, Abergele and Rhyl attended.
"There was damage to a mattress in the first floor bedroom.
"The cause was thought to be deliberate ignition."
There was also a house fire in St Asaph on Heol Clwyd.
The fire service received a call at 5.37pm.
A spokesperson said: "The fire affected the main fuse box. It was accidental.
"Crews from St Asaph and Rhyl attended."
