Demolition of existing extension to rear of dwelling and erection of single storey rear extension including canopy.
- 127 Cwm Road Dyserth Rhyl
Erection of detached outbuilding to provide ancillary accommodation/garden room and new patio area over the existing garage, alterations and extension of driveway, landscaping and associated works.
- 5 Durham Drive Prestatyn
Erection of flat roofed single storey extension at rear of dwelling and flat roofed dormer to rear of dwelling (Proposed Lawful Development Certificate).
- 29 Roe Parc St Asaph
Erection of single storey rear extension
- Tyn Y Fynnon Cwm Rhyl
Erection of detached garden shed
In a public notice, featured in the classified section of our sister paper the Journal, notice is given that Conwy County Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date here of to make an order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from causing a vehicle to proceed in that length of St Asaph Road, Bodtegwel, from Rhuddlan Road to Bodoryn Road.
The order is necessary to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works and will be carried out in phases.
The notice says: “The order comes into effect on June 30 2021 for a maximum period of 18 months or until the resurfacing programme has been completed and will be in force for period of three weeks only when appropriate traffic signs are displayed on each side in advance of works commencing.”
