FIRE crews were called to three fires across North Wales on Sunday involving disposable barbecues.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service confirmed they were called to three fires across the region after people did not get rid of their barbecue safely.
This has prompted a warning from the service to dispose of them properly.
A spokesman said: "After cooking, make sure that your barbecue is cold before moving it.
"Empty ashes on naked soil - Never put straight in a bin. Hot ashes can melt the plastic and cause fire."
