NEARLY 190 new coronavirus cases have been confirmed in North Wales.
Public Health Wales figures released on Tuesday (July 20) show that 189 new cases were confirmed in the region in the latest 24-hour period.
A full breakdown of new cases in the region is as follows:
Anglesey - 9 (Seven-day infection rate of 118.5)
Conwy - 45 (Seven-day infection rate of 332.8)
Denbighshire - 49 (Seven-day infection rate of 460.8)
Flintshire - 32 (Seven-day infection rate of 292.8)
Gwynedd - 13 (Seven-day infection rate of 119.6)
Wrexham - 41 (Seven-day infection rate of 333.2)
No new coronavirus-related deaths were registered in Wales, and while hospital admission and inpatient rates remain low - the numbers have crept up in North Wales in recent weeks.
