KIDS at an Abergele-based school enjoyed a lovely treat to celebrate the arrival of the end of term.
Ysgol Cefn Meiriadog children had the opportunity to toast marshmallows and make their own S’mores to mark the occasion.
They joined Forest School leader Mrs Williams who helped them make a fire in the Forest School area.
They then toasted marshmallows and made their S’mores (a layer of marshmallow between two biscuits) which were ‘enjoyed by all’.
Cefn Meiriadog headteacher Laura Martin added: “The children then had to use water to put the fire out. All pupils have attended a series of Forest School sessions this term, they have learnt so many new skills and have gained new knowledge and understanding that they will continue to build on next year.”
