POLICE seized a vehicle which had persistently been driven in an "anti-social" and "careless" manner around Ruthin.
North Wales Police's Conwy and Denbigh Rural team says it seized the vehicle over the weekend, under Section 59 Police Reform Act.
A spokesperson for the policing team said: "This is being done as a result of the driver already having been given a warning notice under the same legislation within the last six-month period for anti-social / careless / inconsiderate driving in the town centre area.
"We will continue to patrol and enforce at key locations in the town including the car parks."
