OVER 800 new Covid-19 cases have been confirmed in North Wales.
Public Health Wales figures released on Monday (October 11) show that in the 48-hour period between 9am on Friday and 9am on Sunday - 822 new cases were confirmed.
A full breakdown of new North Wales cases is as follows:
Anglesey - 94
Conwy - 143
Denbighshire - 128
Flintshire - 162
Gwynedd - 147
Wrexham - 148
As of October 3, 101 people were being treated for Covid-19 in North Wales hospitals - making up roughly 3 per cent of all inpatients at the region's hospitals.
Sadly, a further eight people who had tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 28 days died in Wales in the 48-hour period between Friday and Sunday.
