The Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust has asked patients to work with staff, not against them.

With the rising pressure of the upcoming winter and the covid pandemic still having an impact on the service, the trust have asked the public to work with their emergency workers.

This comes after the NHS announced that some staff administring covid vaccines had been abused by members of the public.

The Ambulance Service's statement said:

"Our crews might have no choice but to leave a scene if their personal safety is compromised and this isn’t helpful for anyone, especially the patient.

"The debt of gratitude we owe to our emergency workers has never been greater.

"We’re asking you to work #WithUsNotAgainstUs."
