The A55 will be temporarily closed.
Traffic Wales have announced a temporary road closure on the A55.
Emergency work has had to be completed and diversions are in place on the busy road, with closures in both directions.
They said:
"A55 J23 Llanddulas to J24 Abergele travelling in both direction will be closing now for approx. 30 minutes for emergency works. Diversions are in place."
Congestion is expected in the area.
