THEY'VE been a busy bunch over recent weeks at St Brigid's School, Denbigh.
A team of avid runners from the school took part in the recent Denbighshire Schools cross country competition.
Held at Ysgol Dinas Bran, in Llangollen, the male athletes ran 5.2km and the female team completed 4.2km on the day.
Faye Williams, who was the runner-up, and and Holly Bunn, who crossed the line in eighth, now go forward to the regional competition for North East Wales.
As well as running, singing has also been a feature for pupils.
The St Brigid’s choir braved the elements to sing at the switching on of the Denbigh Christmas lights.
Meanwhile, this year’s Advent service for the school was held according to Covid regulations as a ’closed’ service at St Stephen’s Church in Bodfari.
The full service can be seen as a recording on the St Brigid’s website.
