NORTH Wales Police is 'experiencing problems' with its 101 line this week.
The Force issued a statement on its social media pages calling for residents to contact them through other means.
The 101 line is used to contact NWP for situations that do not require an immediate police response.

This helps keep 999 available for when there is an emergency, e.g. if a crime is taking place, or somebody is in immediate danger.
But this week, residents of north Wales are being asked to contact the force online with any non-urgent matters.
A statement from North Wales Police read: "Please be aware that we are experiencing problems with our non-emergency 101 line.
"If you would like to contact us for non-emergency matters please use the web chat facility on our website or contact us via email.
"Always dial 999 in an emergency."
