NORTH East Wales Search and Rescue helped save a teenager who had collapsed in Llangollen over the weekend.
The girl had passed out while on a Duke of Edinburgh Award expedition on the Horseshoe Pass.

The incident took place on Sunday, May 8, and the NEWSAR team was called out to help the girl.
A statement from NEWSAR read: "On Sunday, a teenage girl on a Duke of Edinburgh Award expedition collapsed near to the Horseshoe Pass.
"Team members met the casualty party and carried out a medical assessment before taking her to a safe place where she was handed into the care of her parents."
