THERE will be a chance to keep fit at the forthcoming Urdd Eisteddfod in Denbigh.

Youngsters will be able to go along and keep fit with Tedi - or ‘Symud gyda Tedi’ as we say in Welsh!

The popular character, Tedi, from the Magi Ann books and apps is ready to branch out as a series of 16 videos are launched to help families to have fun and keep fit and learn a little bit of Welsh along the way.

Some people will be familiar with the little character from the Magi Ann books, as well as the apps which won the National Lottery award in the educational category in 2017.

Eisteddfod visitors can go and meet both Magi Ann and Tedi at the Mentrau Iaith stand on the Maes on Tuesday, May 31 at 2pm.

At this time there will be a party to celebrate the occasion.

During the party one of the stars of the videos, dancer and fitness instructor Hanna Medi, will lead a Symud gyda Tedi (Move with Tedi) live session and any young family is very welcome to join in the fun!

There will also be an opportunity to view some of the new videos and to join in a host of various activities.
