There were over 300 covid cases across Wales as of July 24, according to Public Health Wales. 

The PhW dashboard showed that there were 322 cases in Wales for the seven-day period ending July 24. 

133 of those were acquired in the community, 144 were acquired in hospitals and 45 cases were undetermined.

This is down from 609 cases on July 10, when covid cases peaked in Wales. 

Sadly, there were 26 covid-related deaths in the latest seven-day period.

Welsh Government confirmed that free lateral flow testing had ended after case rates began to drop and the NHS were under less pressure. 

The latest figures also reveal that the NHS received 124 covid-related calls during the same seven-day period.
