A TOP of the table encounter is in the balance.
After losing a couple of early wickets, North Wales Cricket League Premier Division leaders Menai Bridge have battled their way back against St Asaph, who lie second in the standings.
Following 36 overs of their innings, Menai Bridge are on 137-4, looking to push their total beyond the 200-mark.
Top scoring for Menai Bridge so far is Robbie Jones, who struck 50.
He was eventually caught behind by Nathanael Scott off the bowling of Richard Marsh Evans.
Evans also grabbed the wicket of visiting skipper Dion Holden for 26.
Earlier, a wicket apiece from David North and Jason Foulkes had reduced Menai Bridge to 29-2.
The Saints need to beat the league leaders if they're to maintain their hopes of claiming this season's North Wales Cricket League Premier Division title.
