LLANSANNAN 1
ABERGELE 2
WHILE the title dreams appear to be over, Llansannan remain hopeful they can still achieve a top-two finish this season.
The Vale of Clwyd and Conwy League Premier Division leaders suffered their third loss of the campaign over the weekend.
Visitors Abergele fought back to record a 2-1 win and Llansannan will now have to win their final league contest of the season to keep their hopes of a top-two finish on track.
With the S4C Sgorio cameras in attendance, Llansannan took the lead two minutes into the second half via Leon Gierke.
However, back came Abergele and Jack Lloyd Williams levelled things up with 20 minutes remaining.
One further goal would be witnessed and it went in Abergele's favour as Greg Hilditch netted from the spot five minutes from time.
