DINBYCH 2NDS 12

LLANGEFNI 2NDS 27

ALTHOUGH Dinbych's pack dominated the scrums and had the better of the loose play, Llangefni's backs had the greatest influence on the game.

The Anglesey side claimed a four-try bonus point victory to gain revenge for a defeat earlier in the year.

Playing uphill in the first half, Dinbych were the first to score through a try by number eight Dafydd Cernyw.

However, Llangefni gradually went ahead as they scored two tries, one of which was converted, and they also kicked a penalty.

Trailing the visitors 15-5 at the interval, Dinbych then conceded two second half tries, one of which was converted.

Dinbych did eventually reply when outside half Alun Davies went over for a try in the final move of the game.

Replacement wing Neville Hughes added the conversion points.
