LLANUWCHLLYN 2
BRYMBO 7
A WIN this weekend is imperative if Llanuwchllyn are to ensure they finish outside the bottom-three.
Llan remain in trouble near the foot of the Wrexham Area League Premier Division standings on the back of their 7-2 home loss at the hands of title chasing Brymbo on Saturday.
Following the weekend, Llan find themselves outside the bottom-three on goal difference and they probably need a win over FC Nomads on Saturday to make sure they finish ahead of fellow strugglers Rhostyllen and Penycae.
Four goals from Jake Prescott made sure that Brymbo kept their title hopes alive in atrocious conditions.
Further efforts from Lewis Clarke, Ryan Clarke and Jamie Cummins also played their part as the visitors achieved their 19th Premier Division success of the campaign.
Iolo Jones and Iwan Jones were on the scoresheet for Llanuwchllyn.
