A FIRE-STAR display made it a night to remember for Caerwys... but they remain at the foot of the Summer League standings.
It proved to be a night for the lowly sides, with all of the bottom-three claiming wins on Tuesday.
The top scorers for the evening were Caerwys, who nagged five goals on the way to their second success of the season.
Rich Mike Jones, Ruari Wood, Seth Geary, Declam Brimage and Joe Jones all netted for the home side.
Clawddnewydd's solitary bright spot arrived when Elystan Hughes headed the ball into the net from a corner.
Richard Hughes, Jack Glover and Jake Spencer were impressive figures on the night for Caerwys.
