A MAGNIFICENT seven made it a terrific weekend from the perspective of Ruthin Town U-16s.

The Ruthin lads eased to a 7-1 triumph during their home meeting with Johnstown.

Sharing the goals were Dan Dolben (2), Jude Price, Josh Glover, Harri Roberts, Danw Diss and Oli Lennon.

Also in fine form on Saturday were Ruthin Town U-14s, who saw off the challenge of visitors Brickfield Rangers 5-1.

Seth Dolben Evans' hat-trick caused much of the damage, with Luke Molmans grabbing the other two.

There was also a five-star showing from Ruthin Blues U-15s, who secured a comfortable 5-0 victory at Johnstown.

The star of the show was Lewis Lloyd Hughes, who netted four of the goals, and Gethin Jones was also on the scoresheet.

A 4-4 outcome saw Ruthin Town U-15s make their point versus Brymbo Lodge.

Ifan Tudor, Ethan Crooks, Meilir Williams and Aleksander Cyra all scored for Ruthin.

Ruthin Town U-12s lost out 3-0 during their trip to Borras Park Rangers.
