CLUB bragging rights belong to Ruthin Blues U-15s after a successful weekend.
It was derby day on Saturday as Ruthin Blues hosted Ruthin Town U-15s in Wrexham and District Youth League action.
In the end, goals from Sami Snowdon Jones, Arthur King and Lewis Lloyd Hughes gave the Blues a 3-2 margin of victory.
Meilir Williams and Osian Williams replied.
Two goals apiece from George Lawton and Sion Williams helped Ruthin Town U-12s to a magnificent 7-0 win at Johnstown.
Also on target for the victors were Max Bartley, Christian Astbury and Will Hughes.
Gwern Doherty's hat-trick was the highlight as Ruthin Town U-13s saw off the challenge of Cefn 6-1.
Gruffudd Hughes Owen, Rueben Astbury and Gruffudd Price completed the tally.
Ruthin Town U-14s suffered a 3-1 home loss to Borras Park Albion, with Luke Molmans on the scoresheet.
Turning to the NEWFA Cup and Ruthin Town U-16s were edged out 2-1 at Penycae.
Oli Lennon grabbed Ruthin's goal.
