A LUCKY 13 goals were netted by a variety of Ruthin Town Youth FC sides during their spot of weekend action.
At the top of the bill for the club were Ruthin Town U-16s with their 4-1 triumph at home to Brymbo.
Strikes from Byron Jones, Danw Diss, Oli Lennon and Josh High made sure victory went the way of Ruthin.
Making their point over the weekend were Ruthin Town U-15s.
Meilir Williams and an own goal saw Ruthin play out a 2-2 draw at home to Gresford.
In further action, Ruthin Blues U-15s lost out 4-0 at Borras Park Albion, while Aled Jones grabbed the solitary goal for Ruthin Town U-13s during their 5-1 loss at Llay United.
There was a goal-den occasion as Ruthin Blues U-12s entertained Chirk in league action on Saturday.
An exciting contest ended up 8-4 in Chirk's favour.
Sion Williams netted a hat-trick for the Ruthin side, while Will Hughes grabbed the other goal.
Ruthin Town U-12s lost out 5-2 during a friendly visit to Llay.
Dafydd Edwards scored both of Ruthin's goals.
