BALA TOWN FC have confirmed that Henry Jones has departed the club ahead of the 21/22 JD Cymru Premier campaign.
A product of the Swansea City academy, the midfielder/winger joined Bala back in 2018 and is by now a well-recognised name among fans of Wales' top-flight.
It was whilst with Bangor City back in 2016/17 that he had first caught the eye, being voted the league's Young Player of the Season following a fine campaign.
He then moved to Vanarama National League side AFC Fylde, making 23 appearances, before switching to the Lakesiders a season later.
The 27-year-old became a fans favourite at Bala, and will be remembered as a skilful player - as he showcased with a sensational rabona assist for Steven Tames' goal against Carmarthen Town in 2018.
A statement from Bala Town's social media page said it had been 'a pleasure' to have him at Maes Tegid during his three years there and the club wished him all the best.
