GREAT RUN: Eleanor Ashcroft’s podium finish at the Anglesey Trail Half Marathon.
ASIDE from the Abergele 5k race on Sunday, a couple of Denbigh Harriers travelled a bit further afield.
Eleanor Ashcroft enjoyed a podium finish as the third overall female at the Anglesey Trail Half Marathon on Sunday.
This race was set in the beautiful winding woodland trails of Newborough Forest, with glimpses in of the Llyn Peninsula and Ynys Llanddwyn among the views.
Eleanor had a strong run to cross the finishing line in one hour, 41 minutes and 33 seconds on this undulating course.
Fellow Harrier Iwan Evans also ran and he had a brilliant race to finish 14th overall in 1-36.16.
Definitely great running from both Denbigh Harriers in action!
