IT'S been a case of third time lucky for Genod Henllan U14s!
A brilliant season saw the villagers finish as runners-up in the North Wales League, as well as the NWGFA Cup.
However, their consistency and skill has finally been rewarded in the North Wales Girls League's U14s' Cup final.
Henllan travelled to Bangor to take on Kinmel Bay in the showpiece.
On top from the off, it was Genod Henllan who were able to celebrate at the final whistle thanks to an excellent 3-0 triumph.
Sophie Evans grabbed two of the goals for the cup winners and also on target was Mabli Fitzgerald.
It's fair to say that the future of girls' football in the Vale of Clwyd is looking bright!
