RETIRED postman Llew Davies has delivered once again at Denbigh Golf Club!
Llew hit the front last Thursday with a commendable return in the bogey competition, edging out Arthur and Elfed Jones in their respective divisions.
There was also some keen competition on the Saturday for the Centenary Cup, whilst on the previous Sunday, a number played in the exchange with Mold for the W O Jones Memorial Cup which produced a remarkable winning score from Darren Seed.
He led the way with a haul of 45 points, four clear of runner-up D Paul Jones and third-placed Stan Wathey.
Completing the top-five, with 40 points apiece, were Rob Thomas and Dilwyn W Thomas.
