IT has been a busy week of racing for the Denbigh Harriers.
It started with Menai Baugh's 10th race in the Tuesday evening fell-running series, this time on hills towards the stunning Aber falls.
The 4.5-mile / 7.2km race ascends a tough 1,290ft / 391 metres but is compensated by over a mile of fast, exhilarating descent towards the finish line.
Menai finished as the second female O-60 in a time of 51 minutes and 30 seconds.
Harrier Duncan Jones ran the Mynydd Myfyr Hill Run on Saturday from Trefonen near Oswestry.
This was a 3.5-mile route with 500 feet of ascent in very scenic countryside on mixed terrain - a little muddy in places but they were generally good conditions.
Duncan had a brilliant run to finish in a time of 30 minutes and 20 seconds, which gave him first spot in the 60/65 age group.
Four Harriers ran the Bespoke Llyn Brenig race on Sunday.
After a very wet and cold start across the dam, the race followed the nine-mile route around Llyn Brenig.
Iwan Evans was the first Denbigh Harrier to cross the line and he finished in eighth place overall in a fantastic time of 1-02.
Next in were Gareth Jones in a great time of 1-11 and Dave Jones achieved in an equally impressive 1-16.
Peter Lester-Owen also had a strong run to finish in 1-21.
Five Harriers competed in the second Ruthin parkrun on Saturday.

Nova Prestatyn: 16, Simon Nixon 22.43.
