THEY'VE been going low at Denbigh Golf Club!

The scores returned last week no doubt reflected the superb state of the course and the fantastic state of the greens.

A consistent return of good scores from all levels of handicap were recorded and there's been so much praise for the state of the course.

Stewart Clarke blew the field away on Thursday but the Saturday scores were beyond imagination.

Several pairs must have thought they had triumphed but the winning score was indeed remarkable, with a half-century being produced.

Brian Lewis and Gary Morgan claimed the Howatson Tankards better ball stableford competition win with an unbelievable 50 points, two clear of the chasing pack.
