AN INAUGURAL Food Festival is set to take place in a Denbighshire Town this summer.
The brand new event will be coming to Corwen on Saturday, June 22.
Organised by the same team which set up the successful Beaumaris and Menai Food Festivals on Anglesey, the festival promises to be a great day out for the whole family to enjoy.
Hundreds of stalls showcasing the best products North Wales and beyond has to offer are expected to set up shop on the recreation field.
There will also be live music throughout the day and other fun activities are set to be announced closer to the time.
Corwen Council Chairman, Cllr Huw Jones said: "It is fantastic news that a Food Festival such as this will be coming to Corwen.
"There are some very good places to eat in this town and so I hope that an event such as this will emphasise that and I do hope that people will turn up in their numbers to support the local businesses involved."
