Police said the road on the Denbighshire -Conwy border after 8am.
A PERSON has been taken to hospital following a crash in Llangernyw on Monday morning.
North Wales Police closed the A548 single carriageway after the incident involving a wagon and a car just before 8.15am.
Welsh Ambulance Service sent one emergency vehicle and took one person to Glan Clwyd Hospital.
“We were called on Monday, January 13 at approximately 8am to reports of a road traffic accident involving two vehicles near Llangernyw," a WAS spokesperson said. "We responded with one emergency ambulance.
"One patient was transported Ysbyty Glan Clwyd Hospital."
A police spokesperson said the road was reopened at about 9.25am.
