A MOBILE Post Office is to provide services to Greenfield and Llanbedr communities.
The Greenfield service started on Monday, February 1. It stops outside the New Shop Parade, Greenfield Road, on a Monday, between 3.45pm and 4.30pm.
The Post Office Ltd service for Llanbedr starts on Thursday, February 4, in the Griffin Inn Car Park, Llanbedr, Dyffryn Clwyd. It is available on a Thursday between 2.45pm and 3.30pm.
The travelling Post Office is aboard a specifically designed vehicle.
The Post Office Ltd said is a tried and tested way of maintaining service to rural communities.
However, it is a temporary solution while the Post Office continues to look for a permanent solution.
When using the van, customers can access the following services:

• Cash withdrawals from bank accounts
• Change service for businesses
• Gas and electric top ups
• Health lottery
• Homephone and broadband
• Mobile phone top ups
• One4All gift cards
• Personal and business banking deposits
• Post letters and parcels
• Savings accounts
• Travel money and travel money card
• Vehicle tax
