A DENBIGHSHIRE wedding venue which was sold at auction last year has now gone back up for sale.
Llanrhaeadr Springs, located between Denbigh and Ruthin, first opened in 2015 and included a restaurant and spa.
The site then closed in 2019 before being sold at auction for £421,000 last year and it was thought that it could be used as a potential residential development.
The people who bought it last year have now placed it back on the market through Allsop - at a cost of offers over £450,000.
Llanrhaeadr Springs comprises of a Wedding Venue Accommodation, treatment rooms, hydro-pool, steam room and a sauna.
The dovecote provides a reception room, bedroom, kitchen and wet room.
It has previously been converted from the former coach house, stable block and outbuildings of Llanrhaeadr Hall.
The online auction in which it will be sold is taking place on May 6.
