A DENBIGHSHIRE wedding venue re-listed for auction last month has been sold at auction for a second time.
Llanrhaeadr Springs, located between Denbigh and Ruthin, first opened in 2015 and included a restaurant and spa.
The site closed in 2019 before being sold at auction for £421,000 last year and it was thought that it could be used as a potential residential development.
The people who bought it last year then placed it back on the market last month through Allsop - at a cost of offers over £450,000.
It has now been sold for a second time to an anonymous buyer for a fee of £506,000.
Llanrhaeadr Springs comprises of a Wedding Venue Accommodation, treatment rooms, hydro-pool, steam room and a sauna.
It was previously converted from the former coach house, stable block and outbuildings of Llanrhaeadr Hall.
