CHILDREN at a Denbigh-based school have been ‘incredibly busy’ over the last few weeks.

Children from years 3 to 6 at Ysgol Frongoch went to the Ninja TAG centre in Rhyl and had a great time there. The school wishes to give thanks to Denbighshire Leisure for helping to organise this.

The children have also been learning outdoors and have helped complete a garden area at the school.

Frongoch’s Dylan Thomas said: “The children have been incredibly busy. The amazing community of Denbigh have all been donating various items for our outdoor learning areas. We have had benches, stones, paint and plants donated-which goes to show how much of a kind community we have here in Denbigh.

“Then, Mrs Jo Davies [owner of the Denbigh Chocolate shop], organised a poster competition for our children as well.”
