HEAVY RAIN could cause flooding and travel disruption in parts of Wales on Sunday, the Met Office has warned.
Up to 40mm of rain (1.6in) could fall in the worst affected areas throughout the country, according to the forecaster.
The warning runs from 00:00 BST to 21:00 and covers every county in the region from Anglesey to Flintshire and Wrexham.
The forecaster warns lightning strikes may pose an additional hazard, especially in the afternoon.
