Taking part in the rugby session
RUGBY stars of the future have been given the opportunity to show off their skills.
Wrexham Rugby Club and Valkyries recently organised a girls-only event for five schools in North East Wales.
This allowed girls from Ysgol Dinas Bran, in Llangollen, to take to the rugby pitch.
The other schools involved were Ysgol Rhiwabon, The Maelor, Castell Alun and Darland.
The sessions were led by current Barbarians and Sale Sharks coach Rachel Taylor and 100 girls took part in the two-hour event.
