THE best ever set of GCSE results have been achieved at a Vale of Clwyd school.
Students at Ruthin School have been congratulated after their stunning set of results this year.
Some 58 per cent of results were graded level eight or nine, whilst 78 per cent achieved levels seven-to-nine.

Six students achieved all level eights and nines.
Ruthin School said: "We feel these superb achievements reflect the hard work and diligence shown by this cohort of 50 students over their GCSE course, whilst overcoming great disruption.
"We look forward to welcoming them back in September to begin their A-levels."
