A PERSON was airlifted to hospital following a crash near Llysfasi, Ruthin.
The two-vehicle collision happened this afternoon (May 22).
A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: "We were called at 2.45pm to report a two-vehicle collision on the A525 near Llysfasi, Ruthin.
"The road was closed whilst officers and ambulance colleagues dealt with the incident, which subsequently resulted in one person being taken to hospital by air ambulance.
"The road has now reopened."
The Welsh Ambulance Service have been approached for comment.
