DENBIGH High School has celebrated some impressive GCSE results today (August 24), particularly of four of its pupils.

Ethan Botterill achieved eight A*s and two A grades, Ella Griffiths five A*s and As each, Holly Baldwin four A*s, three As and three Bs, and Olivia Jastrzebska two A*s, six As, and one B.

This includes their English literature grade, which they did at the end of Year 10, so they all have 10 GCSEs in total.

Headteacher Glen Williams said: "I would like to congratulate all of our wonderful and amazing Year 11 learners at Denbigh High. We are so proud of all them. 

"They have worked so hard and shown such resilience and dedication to have done as well as they have. 

"We wish them all the best for the future.

"A special mention goes to Holly Baldwin, Ethan Botterill, Ella Griffiths and Olivia Jastrzebska for their outstanding GCSE results."
