AN AREA of Denbigh has been deemed "impassable" by residents due to flooding.
The Brookhouse area of the town has suffered from flooding as a result of Storm Babet.
The level of the Afon Ystrad, by Brookhouse Mill, has risen as a result of torrential rain.
Residents reported that Brookhouse Road was impassable by foot and car.
