Wrexham AFC had a big away win yesterday (October 28) when they took on Notts County at Meadow Lane.

A total of 2,863 Wrexham fans made the journey to see the 2-0 win for the Reds in a crowd total of 16,083

Both goals came in the second half and within minutes of each other. Elliot Lee's strike, which may have taken a deflection off Ben Tozer, put Phil Parkinson's side ahead in the 73rd minute and Ollie Palmer, who had just been substituted on, quickly doubled the Reds' lead.

Wrexham are now third in the league table, equal on points with Notts County and five points behind Stockport County who are currently at the top.

Wrexham will next take on Mansfield Town away at the One Call Stadium in the Emirates FA Cup on Saturday, November 4 at 7.45pm.
