A DENBIGH-based charity which has provided food and support to tens of thousands of young people and their families has added two new trustees to its board.
Denbigh Youth Project, located at Yr Hwb on Smithfield Road, was established more than 25 years ago.
Cllr Mark Young, who is marking 10 year with the charity and represents the Denbigh Lower constituency, and is chair of the charity, thanked cllrs Edward’s and Jones for agreeing to join the youth board.
"We look forward to carrying on with the vital work in our community, especially in these very difficult times," cllr Young said.
"To have two well respected members of our community and with previous experience in health and education is a great benefit for us."
Anyone from the area, aged between 11 and 25-years-old, can pop in to Denbigh Youth Project for support.
