A HOTEL situated near Bala has been put up for sale, with offers in the region of £6million being invited.

Estate agents Savills have been appoint to sell the freehold of Palé Hall Hotel and Restaurant, nestled in the Dee Valley, on the edge of Eryri National Park.

The hotel, which dates back to 1871, underwent a significant refurbishment in 2015, and comprises 22 bedrooms as well as an AA five red star restaurant.

Set within roughly 50 acres of landscaped gardens, the hotel is arranged across basement, ground and two upper floors.
