This measure, introduced by Denbighshire County Council, is set to begin on March 24, and the works are expected to last until around April 2, 2026.
The 10 mph limit will be enforced on any day when convoy work is ongoing.
Vehicles will also be prohibited from overtaking along the designated stretch of the road.
The order covers an area that extends northward from a point 480 metres north of its junction with the road known as 'Pentredwr from A542 to the White Hart', spanning a distance of approximately 500 metres.
The moves are intended to ensure the safety of the workers during resurfacing activities carried out by Denbighshire County Council.
The new regulations will remain in place for an estimated 18 months, or until the work is completed, whichever is earlier.
