Temporary road closures have been announced in Llangollen.
Denbighshire County Council said the restrictions on Hill Street and Chapel Street will allow for the installation of underground telecommunications ducting.
The work is being carried out by RNR Traffic Management on behalf of Openreach.
Pedestrians will still be able to access the areas during the closures.
The work is expected to be completed by May 22, 2026, but the order is effective from May 15, 2026, for an 18-month period or until the work is finished.
Hill Street will be closed from its junction with Berwyn Street to its junction with Hall Street.
Chapel Street will be closed from its junction with Berwyn Street for a distance of around 10 metres.
Diversion routes have been set up for both streets.
Hill Street traffic will be diverted via Hall Street and Berwyn Street.
Chapel Street traffic will be diverted via Oak Street, Castle Street, and Berwyn Street.
