THE Denbigh Dragons Swimming Team attended the recent Swim Conwy Autumn Meet held in Llandudno Swimming Centre.
The event was a Level 2 Meet, which is aimed at the most experienced competitors as there are minimum qualifying times to enter.
Seven competitors from the team took part in 36 races, with ages ranging from 17 years old down to 10-years-old.
The Dragons managed five medals in total – Elenid Parry, 10, won a Silver (100M Freestyle) and two Bronze’s (50M Breaststroke & 50M Butterfly), and Margaret Goodall, 17, accomplished two Bronzes (50M Freestyle & 100M Freestyle).
A further 14 top ten finishes were achieved by the team, and members also got 17 Personal Bests.
