STAR striker Llyr Morris has reached an impressive 20 goals for the season.

The Summer League's top scorer added another couple to his account in Llanfair's Thursday night home success over Rhewl.

This was a magnificent seventh triumph of the season for Llanfair, who are still looking at the possibility of achieving a top-five finish in the league this season.

There were no goals to celebrate in the opening half.

"We played well, but it was just the final ball that was missing," said Llanfair boss Dylan Pugh.

Llanfair eventually claimed the lead 10 minutes into the second period.

Substitute Tom Roberts set up Llyr Morris, who finished well from 12 yards out.

The hosts made the points safe with around 10 minutes remaining.

Harri Tudor played the ball to Tom Roberts, who in turn set up Llyr Morris and he was fouled in the box for a penalty to be awarded.

Morris picked himself up to tuck away the ensuing spot kick.
