THE superb system in place at a Vale of Clwyd rugby club came to the fore over the weekend.
Clwb Rygbi Dinbych is immensely proud of the fact that both captains from last Saturday's first and second team fixtures were players who have come through all age groups at Caeau Les Phillips.
Tom Seddon was the captain for the first team match versus Bala, while James Rowse skippered Dinbych 2nds to victory versus Flint.
Both have progressed through the club's mini / junior section and on to the youth team, before representing the senior sides at Clwb Rygbi Dinbych.
A club spokesman said: "Tom Seddon and James Rowse are fine examples to all of the young boys and girls at Clwb Rygbi Dinbych and have been excellent ambassadors for the club all over Wales."
