This Saturday sees the final fixture of the Grand Prix Express North Wales Cross-Country League at Oswestry and although it has been a disappointing season for the club in some respects, with the men facing relegation from Division One, there is still a lot of pride at stake and some individual honours to be gained.

Members are reminded that the races start an hour earlier than usual – at 1pm and 1.45pm.

Volunteers are still being sought to help at the British Masters’ cross-country championships, which the club is hosting at Rhug, Corwen, on March 14.

The club was invited to stage the prestigious event on behalf of Welsh Masters after the success of the last two championships organised by the club - in Ruthin in 2009 and 2015.

Anyone able to help is asked to contact Gareth Hughes.
