HOW time flies!

It was 31 years ago today when Wrexham famously humbled Arsenal in the FA Cup.

On January 4, 1992, George Graham took his defending league champions to tackle Brian Flynn's Reds, who had ended the previous season at the foot of the Football League.

Alan Smith scored just before half-time to give the Gunners the lead, only for Wrexham to hit back in stunning fashion in the closing 10 minutes.

Mickey Thomas' fantastic 25-yard free kick made it one-apiece and then, almost immediately, Steve Watkin hooked in the winner beyond David Seaman.
